To optimize this process, we've overhauled the way our platform handles file uploads and downloads, moving to a signed URL-based system. This ensures smoother, more reliable file transfers, minimizing delays and improving data security.

SFDC integration in Assurance Profile

We’ve upgraded the Assurance Profile’s Salesforce integration to make it more reliable and intuitive. These enhancements are designed to reduce approval bottlenecks and give you greater control over how documents are shared.

• What’s new: You can now pre-approve emails and domains, allowing qualified opportunities or accounts to access documents instantly without additional approval steps.
• Customization options: Use Salesforce Flow to create unique rules for your organization or update the pre-approval list directly in the app.

• Slack notifications: Receive real-time alerts when NDAs are signed via the Assurance Profile.
• Concierge deadlines: Set deadlines for Questionnaire Concierge to keep everything on track.
