Salesforce Integration

To streamline sales processes, we’ve introduced a new Salesforce add-on that facilitates safe and efficient distribution of critical security documents to prospects. This happens securely within the Salesforce environment. By integrating this add-on, organizations can enhance trust and transparency with prospects and accelerate their sales processes.

Additionally, users can now create and submit new questionnaire flows directly from Salesforce, eliminating the need to switch between Salesforce and the SecurityPal Application, ensuring a smoother process.

• Seamless Integration: Integrates effortlessly with Salesforce, allowing for a smooth workflow within the familiar Salesforce environment.
• Private data rooms: Share security information and required files via private data rooms within Salesforce.

Assurance Profile

SecurityPal Assurance Profile has empowered many organizations to proactively address any security posture concerns and build credibility. This month, we’ve worked on three important features and updates.

CSS selectors

Say goodbye to generic Assurance Profiles. This month, we've introduced a new feature to let customers write custom CSS to customize their assurance profile according to their company’s branding and design guidelines. You will be able to modify colors, adjust font and font-sizes, and add additional styles to match your preferences.

Documents section

We’ve transformed the documents section into a more visual layout with all available security documents. Now you can browse documents and request access with ease.

What’s new in document section:

• A more accessible layout of all the available documents.
• Direct access to document request forms from the documents section.

Custom domains

Until now, all Assurance Profiles were hosted under the same domain (company-domain.securitypal.com). We’re introducing custom domains, allowing users to incorporate their company domain into Assurance Profile URLs, with assurance as the sub-domain (assurance.company-domain.com). Check out our Assurance Profile at assurance.securitypal.com.

Note: Users must own the domain or have permission to update the domain settings to use this feature.
