This update lets users add a Q&A Pair to multiple libraries at once, reducing manual work, saving time, and ensuring consistency.
Advanced Knowledge Library management
Our Knowledge Library has been a dedicated source of truth for our clients. With features like Advanced Tagging, Ownership Assignments, and Version History, Knowledge Library is an advanced repository for all company and InfoSec queries. This month, we’ve added some internal tools to make the knowledge library management process easier and more efficient.
Identifying discrepancies and updating the Knowledge Library could take up to 3-4 hours when done manually. Designed to improve speed and accuracy of Knowledge Library updates, our new internal tool now automatically detects and updates Q&A pairs, ensuring our data remains accurate and up-to-date — as fast as within an hour of you completing the final review of completed questionnaires!
