SecurityPal Q1 2025 Updates: AI, Trust Center & Data Room Enhancements

This past quarter, we doubled down on usability, automation, and customization—rolling out enhancements across our Copilot (AI), Assurance Profile Trust Center, and Data Room experiences. From deeper accessibility and domain-level control to visual ROI dashboards and seamless authentication, Q1’s updates reflect one goal: empowering you to control your narrative, reduce friction, and win trust at scale.

AI Autocomplete 

With the relaunch of AI Autocomplete, users with Copilot enabled can now use self-serve security questionnaires. Simply upload your questionnaire, and in minutes, you'll receive a draft with answer suggestions — each one backed by source documentation and a confidence score. 

Assurance Profile Trust Center enhancements

Your Assurance Profile Trust Center is often the first impression your customers get of your security posture. We made several key updates to give you more control and customization:

• Redesigned Assurance Profile Trust Center — A cleaner, more intuitive interface with dedicated sections for security controls and documents. This makes it easier for stakeholders to quickly find the information they need.
• Send Assurance Profile emails from your domain — You can now send Assurance Profile-related emails from your own domain, boosting authenticity and reinforcing trust with your customers and partners.
• Profile Switcher — Managing multiple products or entities? Our new Profile Switcher lets you easily toggle between different profiles and redirect traffic accordingly. It’s a simple solution for a growing customer base with complex org structures.
• Accessibility improvements — Security should be inclusive. We’ve taken important steps to make Assurance Profiles more inclusive and accessible for all users, so everyone can navigate and understand your security posture with ease. Updates include improved focus indicators, descriptive labels, form navigators, and more.

Data room upgrades

We’re making Data Rooms more flexible, secure, and easy to integrate into your existing customer workflows.

• Bring your own auth (BYOA) — Customers can now authenticate users into their Data Room via a trusted website, like an internal helpdesk. While this requires a bit of setup, it reduces user friction and keeps access tightly controlled.
• Upload additional files into Private Data Room — Have documents that don’t live in your Assurance Profile but are still part of your security review process? Now you can upload them directly to your Private Data Room for a more complete, customized review experience.
• Skip Magic Link — Gain more control over your authentication flow. With this update, you can now toggle off magic link authentication during Data Room link creation. 

Platform experience and insights

To round out the quarter, we focused on elevating the overall experience and giving teams clearer visibility into the value they’re getting from SecurityPal.

• UI Improvements — We’ve standardized colors, fonts, buttons, and loading icons across the platform to deliver a more polished and cohesive user experience. It’s not just a visual upgrade — it’s a commitment to making every click feel intuitive and reliable.
• Demonstrate ROI with New Dashboards — We’ve added a new visual dashboard that helps you track monthly usage across key areas like Questionnaire Concierge, Assurance Profile engagement, pending questions, Copilot searches, and Knowledge Library updates. It’s never been easier to show the impact SecurityPal has on your security and sales velocity.
