This October, we’ve rolled out some powerful features across our Customer Assurance (CAx™) Suite to simplify workflows, streamline security reviews, and give you more control than ever before.
From AI-driven questionnaire autocomplete, vendor assessment dashboard to custom large language models (LLMs), our latest updates are designed to save your team hours of manual work, keep your data in your control, and speed up your security processes.

AI Autocomplete for questionnaires
Security questionnaires can be time-consuming, and every minute counts when you’re this close to closing deals. Our new Autocomplete feature uses AI to take over the heavy lifting, filling in responses automatically. When submitting a new questionnaire, you now have the option to choose between AI-powered autocomplete or our team of human experts for a tailored completion experience.
Whether it's answering straightforward questions or handling more complex ones, this AI helps your team meet tight deadlines.

More options for LLM providers
With this new feature, we’re giving you more control over how data flows through your organization with the ability to choose your own LLM provider when enabling SecurityPal Copilot. While our platform offers powerful language models out of the box, we recognize that some of our customers prefer to have a say in where and how their data is processed.
Now, you can select a preferred LLM provider directly from settings. Currently our system supports Gemini 1.5 and GPT-4.0. Whether you prefer the industry’s leading models or want to experiment with new ones, this flexibility lets you align automation with your internal data governance standards and security needs.
Browser extension updates
We’ve made it even easier to draft answers using SecurityPal. Our browser extension now comes with improved Knowledge Library access, so you can quickly find relevant resources for responses. This ensures your team can work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
This new version has the following improvements:
- Extension Icon has been changed to SecurityPal icon
- The title is updated to just SecurityPal, dropping the Copilot.
- Additional instructions are now displayed in the results if a user provided any to the initial query.
Onboarding flow optimizations:
- A link to the Settings => API page, helping users find where to generate or find API keys
- Entering the API key will now load all libraries associated with it, no more searching for a libraryId from a URL or the KL section
Vendor Assess dashboard
Our new client-facing view for Vendor Assess boosts transparency and collaboration, putting you directly in control of security assessments. Now you can easily request assessments, track progress, and see SLA details — no more guesswork!
Key features:
- Directly request new vendor assessments
- Check all the requested assessments in the past
- Filter assessments based on status (in-progress, completed, requested etc) and priority (low, medium, high)
Upload/Download robustness
File handling is a critical part of any security review, especially when large documents and sensitive data are involved. To optimize this process, we've overhauled the way our platform handles file uploads and downloads, moving to a signed URL-based system. This ensures smoother, more reliable file transfers, minimizing delays and improving data security.
