SecurityPal API

We now offer APIs to help you interact with our platform seamlessly. These APIs allow you to automate tasks, fetch data, and integrate our services into your custom workflows. Below is an overview of the currently available APIs.

Concierge API

The Concierge API enables you to create new questionnaires, download associated files, search for questionnaires, retrieve questionnaire details, and finalize questionnaires.

Use cases of the SecurityPal Concierge API:

• Create a custom intake form for questionnaires to collect additional information for reporting.
• Build a dashboard that shows open questionnaires and their status.

Copilot API

The Copilot API allows you to ask questions and receive drafted answers based on your Knowledge Library, facilitating automated responses.

Use cases of the SecurityPal Copilot API:

• Integrate with Slack to create a chatbot that provides drafted answers to questions.
• Integrate with Google Sheets via Apps Scripts to draft answers to questions in bulk.
• Integrate on a webpage to create an agent or a browser extension that drafts answers to questions.

Additionally, we offer ready-to-use Copilot Slackbot and Google Sheets extensions. These tools allow you to quickly deploy the Copilot API's capabilities without extensive setup, so you can get automated and accurate responses right away.

Assurance Profile API

The Assurance Profile API lets you generate private data rooms for secure document sharing, enhancing the security and management of sensitive documents.

Use cases of the Assurance Profile API:

• Create a private data room from any of your project management applications with a single click of a button.
• Secure document sharing of sensitive data.

Assurance Profile

The SecurityPal Assurance Profile is our white-label trust center profile, a single, informative page where you can proactively alleviate any questions or concerns about your security posture and build security credibility. Our NDA flow allows you to securely share private documents, policies, and evidence with approved stakeholders. Seamlessly deflect unnecessary security reviews while automatically routing critical questionnaire requests to your Security Questionnaire Concierge for rapid completion.

Now Assurance Profile users can get an overview of metrics, like page visits, document downloads, and information requests. Monitoring these stats can help you spot trends and make informed decisions when updating your Assurance Profile.
